If your company holds a valid Sales & Use Tax license and you use supplies, materials, and consumables (think lumber, finishes, epoxy) as part of products you create for resale, you can take advantage of tax-exempt purchasing for all supplies related to your resale activities. Valid for in-store purchases only and is available to businesses using materials for resale purposes.
